The complex will spread on the flat part of the ground, which is about 8 hectares (18,77 acres). As ornament, 2 artificial lakes will be dug; around whose the villas will be established.

Therefore , the capacity of the hotel will be of 241 rooms (including the villas), three bars and tree restaurants will be available to receive approximately 500 visitors at the same time in tourist season.
