Our objective is to create a partnership between our hotel and the investors, in order to develop a naturist complex of world standard.

To reach our target, we invest, on the one hand, in the construction of a hotel of 76 bedrooms as well as in all the substructure: reception, shops, restaurants, bars, swimming pool, various entertainments, site and artificial lakes planning…

On the other hand, supported by reports results and in order to complete our hotel offer, we propose to you to purchase one villa or more. These villas will be proposed to hiring. They will entirely be part of our naturist hotel.

Three types of villas were retained in order to have a coherent offer of hiring between the hotel and the hired villas. We propose to you the acquisition of 60 villas such as :
